Dennis Rijkhoff

Dennis is a licensed architect with over two decades of experience creating places where people and nature thrive together. He has practiced in Toronto, New York, and Amsterdam, and has taught interior design, environmental design, and sustainability while serving as a design critic at Columbia GSAPP, Pratt, Parsons, TMU, and the University of Toronto. His expertise spans a wide range of project types and scales, with a particular focus on urban, educational, and community-centered work. Dennis brings both technical rigour and a commitment to inclusive, place-based design to every project he undertakes. His dedication to socially conscious and environmentally responsible design has led him to contribute to initiatives such as the Toronto Bio-Build Collective, Park(ing) Day, and Healthy Materials Lab at Parsons School of Design.
