Sam is a Principal of the firm and has managed many of CS&P’s most complex multi-use projects. Through his wealth of experience in projects of varying scales and his commitment to quality control throughout the project, Sam has built a solid reputation with a loyal client base. Sam brings to our office an extensive background in construction, and a diverse portfolio in large and small-scale institutional and residential projects, which has served him well in his role as Principal and Senior Project Manager.
