Victoria is an architect with a passion for creating playful, engaging spaces that spark curiosity and support learner well-being. Specializing in childcare and K–12 environments, she has played a key role in numerous award-winning early learning projects, and contributed to some of our more progressive studies – including TDSB’s Podium School Design Guidelines. With a hands-on approach, Victoria leads the design and construction of new schools and complex renewal projects —always with an eye for detail, collaboration, and effective delivery.
She works closely with authorities to navigate planning and permitting challenges, helping keep projects on track. Since joining CS&P in 2012, Victoria has contributed to project and office-wide improvements and has served on the firm’s Board of Directors since 2019.
Her background includes work with leading firms in Toronto and abroad, and academic roles at the University of Waterloo School of Architecture. She has also published and lectured on the topics of public space and educational design, and served as a guest critic at schools including Waterloo and TMU.
